Is it possible to make an DI Signal from Ample Sound and use it with toneforge?

Haven’t used the ample sound stuff but in tone forge I believe you can play it live or upload a wav so it should work in theory. The DI plugin has a trial worth a trial to check it all out

I’m seriously impressed with this amp sim. The tones I’m getting are heavy as. Highly recommend if you dig heavy dropped tuned 7 or 8 string stuff.

I was surprised, I really like the different modes in that heavy amp. It’s a great way to keep things mostly the same but give some different flavour

@@ampspedalspickups indeed. I’m more obsessed with the replica amp (modded jcm800), that coupled with the tuning mode and Di match to the Nazgûl or lungren pickup presets is next level on my 7 string.
Anyway it’s really surprisingly good. If setup properly. Especially capturing source in Di match. Have to follow their instructions (manual) to get it matching correctly. 🤘🏼

I liked it when it first dropped. Then they released an update and it's totally unuseable as it will not stop hissing and cracking now. Super disappointed in this sim because of the update..

That sounds super weird, I’d talk to their support if you haven’t already.

I know it may be unlikely, but is there any chance your audio driver buffer somehow got set too low? I had similar sounding problems before and it turned out to be I set my buffer to like 32, and it was too low for that setup. Or maybe a cable problem?

@@Rushtallica i had this same problem with the jst Loomis plugin after an update and this was the fix. I have to change my settings just for the jst plugin and if I forget nothing but noise and pops.n
