    God did not suffer but understands suffering. The Son of God suffered in human nature. Divinity/God cannot suffer because to do so would be to change and that goes against God’s immutable nature.

      That’s a humanistic unorthodox explanation, pure and simple. Your explaining the person of Jesus Christ from human logic, rationalization, reason.
      You can’t separate the humanity and the divinity of Christ without getting into heresy!

      ​@@McIntyreBiblegenuine questions; Wouldn't you say, then, that God's knowledge gnostic in nature?
      In this same series there is an argument for the Intelligibility of God, that you seem to have done away with, is that it? My understanding of the theological theme of "created in the image of god", is that the primary thing that makes us in his image is the mind, ability to say "I think, therefore I am".

      @@ZanettesPlace I don't care what human logic & reason says about God and Christ, I go by biblical revelation; and revelation declares that Christ is God and that He suffered in the flesh.
