Happy Holidays! I am from Detroit, MI and just found your videos this evening. I've spent the last two years in W. Africa and am now considering moving to other areas to live. My specific question has to do with costs of living. How possible is it to find safe, decent housing for $200-300US in CR, Panama, or Mexico?
I have-not lived in Panama or MX so cannot comment but I would suggest you check numb.com as they have a cost of living chart to give you info on different countries - re Costa Rica housing is avavilable for most price points but depends on what you are looking for and where you live. I think Under $400--$500 ia month is possible but not give you a very comfortable living standard. But again depends on you. I could not do it tho LOL
I was in Costa Rica and I fell in love with people community all people everywhere I went People loved and helped me for 1.5 months I had to return to usa and I cried

Dont be so welcoming of walmart, there is a good reason why its not in panama. They mess up the entire area they move to.
Walmart has a different contract in Costa Rica
