Mine doing same thing. Blocking texts, calls disconnect before they start ringing the number. My phone did receive the six-part update which said "enjoy your upgraded service" when the update completed, but my phone is barely functional.
That’s nice. I don’t understand what’s so hard to fix the issue. They need some kind of call center customer care. And I knew people would be having issues even though the message claims people won’t. They need to stop lying and stop letting stuff like this happen.

They never said anything. And I was told people were supposed to get a credit for their monthly and they decided to not give it to them. Their system is back up now however.

Same here. You can't get any help. You can online chat with a live representative. They will tell you they don't have access to your account. Even though they have my phone #,my email,my physical address for 15 years. Now all of a sudden they can't help me and they have my $50 for the month.
I personally didn’t lose service on my Boost Mobile or Boost Infinite line that I could see. I don’t use them that often but they seemed to work fine. Just seems to be an app and customer service issue.
I’d be switching as soon as customer care is back up. Because, I guarantee they’ll just brush this off and act like it’s nothing. And I think everyone should get like 3 months of free service honestly. They’re lying saying it won’t affect service and you can’t contact anyone.

I gave up today , I was day 12 no service , switched to T mobile I could not even close my boost account because no customer service , lost a number I had when flip phones were the norm
That’s BS. But, I understand why you wanna leave. This is just unacceptable and it’s still going on. They need to get the ball rolling or they’re gonna have no customers after all this.
@SWOhioSpeedtesting honestly , their handling of this has been atrocious which also fueled my decision , I would be very surprised if they don't not end up filing chapter 11

People don’t got time for that. And they’re not handling it good at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go under either. And I know more people that has Boost than any other carrier. Even two people in my family got it since Virgin Mobile ceased to exist. And I wouldn’t be surprised if Boost has the same fate.
I might lose a number I've had for 15 years because of this, absolutely ridiculous. Can't even get the free phone we want from Xfinity mobile because you have to port your old number to them, which is impossible right now.
Everyone better be getting 3 free months or more of service on everything with this issue. This is worse outage, hack, or whatever it is I’ve ever seen from any company.
Man I feel naked without my phone customer care don't care and they're at please I can't even get a password to get into the new app because it doesn't allow you to create a new password my account from the original app is a four digit password therefore you can I use it on the new impossible to set up a new password under the new ad because there's something wrong with their
No I totally agree. And I was lucky to get on my Boost account the other day. But, it was basically unusable with how slow it was. And I need to take my card and autopay off so they don’t keep charging me. I didn’t even know they were cause I didn’t think I opted in.
It's been doing that for over a month it constantly says incorrect password then I try again and again it locks me out I am done I switched this morning to another company with an old phone we have.
Yeah. As far as I know by now everything is back to normal. It’s gonna be hard for them to come back from it I know that. Was pretty bad from what I know.

I would just port out when the customer cares come back. This shouldn’t be more than a few hours. And it’s taking days. Unacceptable.

I own a iPhone 12 brought from boost how can I fix it
I’d take it to the store. And if they don’t have any answer I’d switch carriers.
