Yes, you shouldn't practice at all behind the bar. Only do tricks that you are very confident and can do 10 out of 10.
The honest dirty truth for new flair bartenders. We all want to be pro so fast but it takes lots of PRACTICE and minimal ego. Thanks for the upload Vlad, looking forward to the next one.

It’s actually inertia which keeps the liquid in the bottle, centripetal force pulls the the center.
I struggled to pronounce CENTRIFUGAL FORCE LOL Hope it makes more sense now ;-)
