The ease of maintenance/work/upgrades is certainly one of the bigger reasons why I'm back/still on Polaris machines. People preach the Doo's refinement, but with that refinement comes more intricate designs and generally more specialty tools/processes. Similar to working on a Honda vs a BMW/german car.
I gotta ask because my back hurts just watching your videos...why don't you raise the sled so that you don't have to be bent over and on your knees for hours when you are working on stuff? Lol. Great content by the way! Enjoying this build.
It's a tough balance haha, if I raise it up to where it's a comfortable standing working height, I often can't reach over the side/nose cone panels to get to the bottom of the engine/whatever is deep in there. I do need to get better about finding a better working height. I'm finishing up two reed manifold installs on some Polaris Boosts right now and I'm feeling it for sure. At least we popped the skis off on this one so we didn't step over/around those the whole time!
@@Keith63060 I feel there was a lot of information left out of that video, it says the Boost was stock but it clearly has a muffler of some sort; when there's very little information provided I often think it's just trying to stir people up haha

How much hp does a pure turbo make? I’ve been wanting to upgrade my x3 turbo but not much info on the lures
