Yes, inflation has skyrocketed prices but still it is affordable and lots of fun. Thank you very much for your helpful videos. We’ve managed to do 21 things last week. We liked Istanbul very much. The highlight Nr 1 is Dolmabahce Palace in our opinion. It’s very beautiful, very impressive!
I have been to Istanbul many times and done almost all of these things. I would add ride the ferries whenever possible, including the one up the golden horn, take the Tünel, visit antique and vintage shops in Balat and Kadıköy, eat bean dishes near Süleymaniye mosque, visit the book sellers section ın Kapılı Çarşı, walk and eat ın some side streets in Iştiklal Caddesi, have a coffee in the Pera Palace, visit the Eyüp Sultan mosque and the area around it, and Rüstem Paşa camii iş beautiful.
Did lots of homework to go to Istanbul and Beryl vedios give a wealth of information.I will visit Istanbul in 2024. One can divide the City into Asian side and European side. Pick up places to visit and set a time like 5days or 7 days. Those which could not be covered can be done in subsequent visits. Important places of visit : Know their timings and holidays. I visited Istanbul in May 2022 and I did the following so far thanks to your helpful videos: visited Hagia Sophia Bought an Istanbul Kart Experienced breakfast in Besiktas and Sultanahmet and ate so many turkish delicious food, but I need to try the dolmas on my next trip. Visited Topkapi Visited Suleymaniye Mosque and the tombs of Sultan Suleyman and Hurrem Walked through Kadikoy Walked through Galata area and I looved the bridge and Galata port Drank turkish tea near the Bosphorus Walked through Istkiklal street and ate manti and Gozleme Ate delicious Baklava at Hafiz Mustafa in Taksim Square Took a sunset Bosphorus boat and it was one of the most amazing moments in my life Had Iskender kebab at a local restaurant in Kadikoy and Besiktas area Walked around in Ortakoy

Since I had two months there, I did many of those things - and several more than once! There's also a very nice park in Kadiköy with many cats and excellent views! For Otağtepe, you can reach Üsküdar (Asian side) by ferry and then take a bus.

Sahlep is originally made from indigenous orchids in Anatolia. It is a hot drink. Boza is not hot and made from totally different ingredients.
