However I don't think he had anxiety, he actually was struggling mentally. He looked expressionless too, which was to me even more alarming. Looked like a dead man standing lol

Sadly No. I’m a psychiatrist and have seen a lot of patients like Biden. He’s only going to get worse and go downhill . What he’s definitely lost is mental flexibility. He may have Parkinson’s Disease - a neurodegenerative disorder that can be treated with drugs for around 5-10 years. After that treatment is no longer effective and many patients develop dementia. Sleepy joe looks like he was OK in 2020 but has declined in the last 4 years.
If he can't get good treatment because his doctors are afraid to expose his POLITICAL vulnerability, he needs to resign in order to get proper treatment!
