- Hey everyone! Here is your 9-day Navratri diet plan that will keep you energized, healthy, and full of positivity during these fasting days. Feel free to copy this plan and follow it to make your Navratri experience even better!
Day 1 to Day 3 (Oct 3 - 5)

Morning Detox Drink:
Warm water with lemon and honey
Jeera (cumin) water

Breakfast: (You can skip this breakfast if you are looking for more fat loss)
Rajgira Porridge: Cooked with milk, topped with chopped nuts.
Sabudana Khichdi: With peanuts and boiled potatoes.
Fruit Bowl: Mixed seasonal fruits with a spoon of yogurt.

Mid-Morning (Optional) if you feel hungry then only have it:
Coconut water
Fresh fruit (apple or banana)

Lunch:
Kuttu Ki Roti: With aloo ki sabzi (potato curry).
Samak Rice (Barnyard Millet) Pulao: With vegetables like carrots and cucumber raita.
Paneer Curry: With kuttu puris.

Roasted makhanas (fox nuts) with a pinch of rock salt.
A glass of buttermilk.
