👉👉Why the Re-Upload? I was asked by HH to pull the video down, although they did a poor job of communicating this release. Once a video is moved to Private, you lose all comments and any algorithm / momentum that video had. When it's moved back to Public, none of your subscribers will be notified and you lose most engagement with the video. TH-cam sees this and downgrades your video and will not recommend it.

Was thinking of buying this outcast exb version but now it is a tekno mt410 for sure. The runtime should also be better because the mt410 is lighter right? Or does it decelarate faster because it has less mass? Like when landing a jump or going over small obstacles. And you have to give it more throttle to keep the speed.
I actually think its priced very well. Considering most people buy the normal rtr notorious/outcast 6s which is already 550, then dump another 300-500 dollars worth of upgrades into it. This is only 180 bucks more than the standard rtr and doesnt need any upgrades

I have the Kraton 6s exb and Kraton 8s exb. Both are super tough and fast. Love'em. Imagine Exb Outcast.

Probably not a great beginner car, as it is large and running a ton of power. Yes, it does come with a Spektrum radio and the batteries are from GensAce

Do a hardness test to see if it's actually T6 hard. Your local machine shop may be able to do it or help you find a place.

I’ve seen this go as high as $750. It’s pricey, for sure, but I do like the idea of having some critical hop ups come standard with an RTR kit.
Very true - usually in RC, when an item is upgraded with parts, the electronics are left up to the user though....

I just purchased this and 5 minutes into my first battery I lost all steering and throttle any suggestions???
Sounds like your Radio may have come unbound from your receiver....If the battery were dead, you'd still have steering
7:52 yes, the paint job looks pretty dam good, way better than using every single color and making the body look like a graffiti wall like almost every single traxxas body.
I've never been a fan of the busy Traxxas paint jobs....

Nice videos brother I love this version looks more aggressive and robust, I have one question to Arrma when we will see a Ford raptor body on an arrma outcast I mean come on you made it this far but yet you are not bringing new stylish body shapes just to step forward above other competitors and make the vehicle one unique badass.
I highly doubt we will ever see a licensed body from Arrma...to my knowledge, they've never done one
If they do a license body it should be a chevy not a low ford
Arrma could just let people choose between RTR, EXB RTR and EXB roller. 3 options for every car.

They better throw some rollers out there. I'm not touching the 6s Spektrum stuff & the servo is still junk. I have about $800 in my Kraton 6s EXB. It has the Corally system, 35kg coreless servo, dumbo tx, & a handful of upgrades. It flies on 4s & is nutty on 6s. The Spektrum stuff in the RTRs can't hold a candle to that beast.

The price is WAY up there. £720 in the UK. W.T.F.! We would have had far better off if no electronics were included!
The Kraton 6S EXB is £420 - with a more powerful £200 HW MAX6 combo it's MUCH better value!

@@TheRCNetwork A regular Outcast 6s with M2C stuff would make more sense I think personally.
Only disappointment is the servo.
Everything else is ready to rock. Better wheels than the Kraton EXB. 150amp combo with a heat sink for the motor. And still retains the wheelie bar.
It has all the bells and whistles out of the box. No need to buy or change almost anything. No need for that up front wrenching. Also, I don't think the Talion or Outcast really need more power than a 150amp 6S ESC. My buddies stock notorious outflips my EXB Kraton that has a Max 6 and 1650KV motor combo (both are geared up).
I think the price makes sense - people buying RTRs will probably pay a little more to avoid that upfront wrenching. People are comparing this to the $475 Kraton EXB, but that's not a good comparison. Compare it to the Notorious, $570 these days. $160 for a ton of upgrades- majorly worth it. And if you don't want the electronics, flip em and upgrade, or just stick with the Kraton.
All stock servos are disappointments

This is too high a price for me at around $900 🇨🇦 dollars. I am glad I bought a Tekno ET48 2.0 before they went out of stock at Tower Hobbies, and to boot I got the last one in stock and saved $85 thanks to some excellent coupons. I don’t see how you can go wrong buying and building a Tekno kit from Towers over one of these over priced trucks. I do love the Talion but I’m not paying that much for one with electronics I don’t want in it. Please Arrma release it as a roller, and also release some 4S vehicles and a roller EXB Typhon would be great

Nice truck but i guess for 750 im better off getting that 8ight x nitro race kit for 450 in the offer and convert it to electric for another 70 and thats a pro grad kit

People complaining it's too much while saying the Kraton 6S roller is a better value. Motor, ESC, Servo, Receiver, Transmitter ain't cheap people... You're gonna spend more than retail putting this together yourself, unless you've got parts on hand. Oh, and it's all covered under the best warranty in RC. If you want a cheaper Outcast, buy the non-EXB version ....
That's very true.....but while buying aftermarket electronics, you're getting much better quality that will last you too
@@TheRCNetwork True but that quality comes at even more of a cost. So, instead of a $730 Outcast, you're probably looking at a $800-900 Outcast. I get being upset there isn't a roller option but I don't think the EXB RTR being "too expensive" is the problem here. I think it's a GREAT option for someone who wants a badass 1/8th scare rig without have to build the damn thing.
Way over priced - Tekno MT410 would be a much better option imho. Great video as always!
This is way more truck than the mt410, which I'll give you is a solid platform for sure! Two different beasts.

@@TheRCNetwork Honestly it's priced really well. This is way more truck than any other branded option, and a good beginning foundation to an extreme basher. It's easy to drop $1k on aftermarket upgrades pre EXB, so they added some nice upgrades before you dig in.

That's kinda lame 🤷♂️ woulda been nice to see new electronics in there personally. I know alot of people toss stock electronics in the exbs.. but c'mon. Got disappointed fast on this one.
Yeah, it's unfortunate, but many people look at "rollers" and "Kits" and think "I'll never be able to figure all fo this out". And they end up putting in stock electronics anyways
It's a shame. Hobbywing combos are just as easy to do. Little bit of time and research goes a long way! They'res so many FB groups too these days its almost hard to miss out on awesome and easy info!

6s is smaller scale with less power, 8s is bigger scale, cost, more power. It's like comparing a boat Challenger to a lighter Mustang

worst brand on the market. here in Germany there are almost never spare parts, although the European headquarters of Horizon is in our country.
