I really liked the freestanding dome Nortent, but this one is really catching my eye. I love the reinforced guylines, placement of the fire Jack and the choice of a floor, or the netting and floor: that's actually an option I've been trying to find in a tent for a while. Awesome preview, I'd really like to see some of the other tents they offer, thanks for the video. Stay safe out there and God bless!
Excellent review, thank you! I love the show and find the content to be really good. Question for you about the inner-tent size: I know is mentioned that it fits 4, and you said 2 with lots of extra room for gear and stuff. I have a family of 5 (3 kids) and we currently fit together in a 4 man tent (snuggly with no extra room). Do you think it be doable in the inner tent with 2 adults and 3 kids (on shorter 3/4 length thermarests)? Keep the reviews coming!
Hey Man… I „love“ your videos and how you edit it…👍💪👍💪But i have a Question for you… What is your favorite hot tent? What’s in your opinion a good 4 seasons hot tent? 😅 you did so many Videos with hot tents, so I don’t know now, what is a very good quality, hot tent…😂🙈pls answer me..😊Have a great day sir…😊
Thank you for all the informative gear reviews. I am looking for a hot tent for hunting up here in Alaska. I am liking this tent and the Pomoly. Depending on the time of year the inner mesh tents are a must (Nat’s and Mosquito’s) as well as a stove with all the rain to dry out. I like this tent more since it has the screen door; however between the two brands which would you suggest the most? Thank you again and safe adventuring!!
Another great review!! I’ve asked a lot of questions and I appreciate all the answers. I’ve decided it will be a Nortent; however in your opinion which tent would be easier to put up in normal conditions then in wet/breezy conditions. I am looking at this tent, the koie, and gamme tent. I’ve watched all your reviews and honestly being able to erect the easiest and quickest with least amount of problems in the equipment failing is my main concern. Thanks again and I appreciate everything!!
Great work on this review, Lonewolf. According to Nortent and Lavvo 6 "add a high quality inner tent in your tipi you will be able to control not just the temperature, but the indoor air quality as well." Do you think that a hot stove + tent floor would be enough to keep the condensation under control? Condensation is often an issue for me when using a standard 3 season two pole dome style (inner tent zipped open 12" or 30cm + separate outer rainfly) in the cascades of Oregon. I have never used a hot tent but may not have the budget for the inner mesh tent during this season. The Laavo 6 just seems like excellent quality and seems to be perfect for a solo hot tent base camp. It's funny after each of your reviews, I am usually thinking "yeah, out of all the others, this is the one to get!"
Yes, they have done an excellent job on this tent. Condensation is very easy to control as it is a large tent and they offer a large stove to keep is very hot and dry
Jeremy do you think the Lavvo 4 would be roomy enough for 2 people and a stove? I really like the 6 but I’m thinking the 4 would be a better size for 2 people?
Hi thanks for the review, I’m picking up my lavvo 6 with stove today and wanted to ask if you have had any burn holes in your tent from the stove pipe not being to far past the top of the tent , I understand they have spark arrestors but it still looks a little short, thanks
Here is a quick informational hot tent guide th-cam.com/video/uYlL5NYtzKM/w-d-xo.html
I'm a Sami from Northern Norway & we use Lavu /lavvo tents.
Your videos helped me plan my family camping trip the best, by far on TH-cam. Keep up the great work!

Both brands are excellent and have similar pros and cons

Thank you. The gamme tents are very easy to setup and re position if needed
That tent looks like a castle.
Its beautiful 👍🤙

How does this compare with the Helsport Pasvik?
Jeremy do you think the Lavvo 4 would be roomy enough for 2 people and a stove? I really like the 6 but I’m thinking the 4 would be a better size for 2 people?
The 4 would still work well but I don't think cots would offer much living space.

Thanks. I have personally switched to a 3meter pipe when using this tent and have zero burn holes
Great review! I am planning on buying this tent. Which stove is better for use in this tent. The Pomoly T1 or the Nortent stove? Thanks.
T1 stove is the way to go 🤙🔥
Thanks, I immediately ordered the T1 Perspective. Can't wait! 😉
Its an awsome stove
You forgot to tell us what the tent weighs. I do a lot of bicycle camping with my trailer and wondered if I could manage this tent 🎪
Going up in price brackets now! I wonder if Tentipi will send you a Safir 5 or 7 🙂
Getting up there, that would be awsome 😄🤩
Hey Jeremy, that's an awesome looking tent. Really like the design. That would be a palace for 2 people! thanks for the review.👍🏕
Thanks Jeff, the perfect tent for 2 people on a weekend
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Yeah, that would be perfect for my girlfriend and I.
😃👍
Are you going to make a video like this about the Nortent Gamme 4? 🙂
I already have. th-cam.com/video/m7cdmzQGTiI/w-d-xo.html
What was the weight of just the tent?
the tents can be seen from miles away. orange and gray? where is the green natural color?
Its not a war zone, no need for camouflage
Twice the price of a Pomoly Hex Plus?
Yes
I use girls elastic hairbands to keep my guys tidy.
Excellent idea 🤩
Is this tent seam sealed?
No, but comes with the sealant. I use it in snow and haven't had any leaks
Thank you for the information.
⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘👍👍👍👍
😃🏕😁
What a boot If somebody was color blind the colored buckles would be useless wouldn't they
🤣😂🤣😂 I guess you are right
Nortent is too expensive
