When i was a butcher boy years ago (Saturday) The beef was blue/purple hanged and the fat was a slight yellow. You cant get it today.

I used to enjoy going out with family. the last time I was there one of the bar staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Even stating I would have to pay the tab before I use the WC

Long process... but worth it! :)
Yeah, the rotisserie does seem a bit gimmicky. Could achieve quicker and better results cooking over proper coals. Food does look really good though.
Luckily, you don't have to do anything.
@@tizmond It's reverse searing. It's by far the best technique for steaks, both for flavour and texture.
