My son lives in downtown Seattle and as soon as you said bookstore I hoped you were going to Elliot Bay! I love this city! There are some great places to eat and coffee spots. My son took me to this ramen house right near Eliiot Bay. If you didn't know it was there you would totally go right by it. I has a very authentic ramen house feel. It only seats a few people and you eat right at the counter.
