@@careyroberts3924 as i said its great to see. Coming from someone who has mental health issues who has contacted influencers and companys and been ignored. Even got offered a cnc machine by sainsmart who rug pulled a week later saying no stock in uk.

Alfie is becoming a bit of a local legend. He's got real work ethics, just like the one's my recently departed dad enstilled into me. The world needs more Alfies. Especially this country, where people whine about immigration taking our jobs and all that shit, blaming other people, when kids like Alfie never complain and just get on with it.
Great idea giving Alfie the van 'if' he can afford to run it. One thing he actually said regarding using the TWAT (Tandem with a trailer) is that it was great for the environment whereas having a van isn't.
I think Alfie would do well being given comprehensive instructions for driving your machines and then you could give him a job. I reckon he'd thrive working there.
His work ethic is something else, going to go far in life with it
He (alfie) already said he can't hold down a job and prefers to work for his sen. But these are a good bunch of lads so he'd be reyt.

Man I wish working at my local scrapyard best job I ever had. Dealing with customers trying every trick in the book to either make their scrap weigb more or get a better price, the characters that came in working with the machines especially the grab crane

Data is your friend. That along with nice clean items and good pics with part numbers where possible. Clean things well. Have nice bright pics with a clean back ground and decent description including what car they come from.
Put effort into the ads and the part for sale and you will stand out from the crowd.

Note to the owners of the scrapyard. Make sure you hold onto the better diesels and petrol cars. That can be decent runners. The government are trying to get rid of them for electric nonsense vehicles.
They will be worth much more if you hold onto them. Consider it a pension plan.

Loving the long videos lads and the variety.could you invest in a convaer belt and have the alloys dropped strieght into a skip cut down on labour even some kinda roofers one as long as it send them up and can be moved so don't load in one area obviously depends on room and skip access.even load in to the dumper and temporary like. When I was helping out at friends paintshop I striped two escort mk3 taken every fixing to a from panel and bagging not knowing what screw or bolts that may be needed in such item's was missing took me two days on each car, they striped out the engine gearbox ready to transferring to the better body.
Suprise they don't offer him a job part time or other wise he's got transport and a work ethic.
