Andrew: you can also avoid a lot of traffic by using 66th Avenue to either go north or south depending on what your destination is. We live nearby and use 66th to go south to Ft. Pierce or north to Sebastian. Great video. This area of Vero Beach is great.
I own a condo in Vista Plantation that I purchased from my mother's estate . My grandmother purchased the unit new in the 1980's so it has been in the family 3 generations now. What we like most about Vista Plantation is the units all have nice views. You don't look into another unit like some of the newer developments. We love the open space all around and that the buildings are only two stories with a small number of units in each building. The amenities are great, but the location can't be beat, five miles from the beach and 3 miles from I-95, with all kinds of shopping and dining options right around the corner. It is also easy to get around the traffic by exiting the development on 66th street. While the complex is dated, the grounds and the buildings have been very well maintained with roofs replaced every 10 years. They are even replacing the pavement in the complex. The landscaping is spectacular. The buildings themselves are constructed of solid concrete. There is no history of flooding in the area, so it is one of the safest places to be during a hurricane. Our unit is not luxurious but very comfortable. Our only complaint is there is no lanai, but the view out our living room window makes up for it.

Price range in Harmony Reserve? Lawn service included with HOA?
Good quality video and audio, and a clear, articulate speaker, but way too much distracting hand movement.
I’ll tone it down, thanks for pointing that out!
What is the price range at Woodfield and Harmony Reserve?
Woodfield right now is between $329k on the low end to $575k on the high end.
Harmony Reserve is similar. Between $359k to $629k
