I bought the t-bone front bumper for my Typhon and the wheelie bar for my Kraton and EMaxx. They are great.

Stella work Vas & Kudos on your objective honesty. As a viewer, it's appreciated. Too many (RC & other) channels on TH-cam seem to shy away from criticism of sample products for fear they won't get anymore freebies & consequently, don't always rate it fairly. At its worse, a channel can become nothing more than a paid infomercial.

Steve Moon - Thank you for the nice feedback. Very much appreciated. :)
I'm always honest with any product I review, free or not. I'm not in the business of deceiving people into potentially buying a product I gave a good review on just because it was free. I owe it to my viewers and to myself to give my honest opinion based on the years of experience in the hobby.
That said, if there is a problem with a product I review, rather than flying off the handle and be disrespectful or rude, I try to give constructive criticism. These products from T-Bone Racing are excellent products (as many would agree), but I do see potential to make them a little better. Why should I hide or lie about it when it will only help the brand further if they take it into consideration?
And yes, I have also seen other channels become paid infomercials because of free product. A real shame...

Thanks for the response. I'm sure I'm not the only viewer who appreciates your impartiality. Just for the record, I own a number of T-Bone products & generally hold them in the highest regard. Not had one break yet. 😊 Keep up the good work.

I didn't say before but I have the t-bone bumper, skid plate, a-arms skids, rear links protection and roof on my Yeti (everything t-bone has for the Yeti) and they all are absolutely flawless! Top quality! Highly recommend there products!

Hey Vas, Yes the T-bone products can be a pain in the arse to figure out how to install but after abusing the T-bone products especially the bumpers on my Kraton I won't buy any other replacement parts for my bashers if T-bone offers them. I have beat the H@// out of their product especially the front bumper and it has not broken even after a full year of punishment! Yes the are a bit more costly than buying a stock replacement but I have yet to break any part from T-bone I have front bumpers on 3 trucks and rear bumpers on a couple other rigs. Personally I don't care for the looks of the bumpers and yes the are extremely huge but they can be trimmed for clearance if needed but considering that in my opinion it is a one time purchase the only time I have replace one of theirnparts is when I fixed up a rig to sell and I wanted to make it look good to get a higher selling price. Nothing was wrong with the bumper at all excep the road rash of months of bashing, in fact the parts I took off when back on another truck and are still doing their job. I wish they included decent directions on installing their products because it is a pain in the butt to have figured out how to install some of them but once your past that...you will be glad to got T-bone I put 4 or 5 front bumpers on my Kraton before I bought the T-bone bumper and since the T-bone went on I haven't had it break since. Well worth the investment

hi, I'm new to your chanel and new to this hobby. I really enjoy watching your videos and gladly subscribed. one question, how would you rate the tbone a-arms skid plates? Worth it for bashing on any surface?

Nice video Vas. I agree with you about not having any instructions with t-bone stuff too! Not the prettiest looking upgrade but definitely take a beating and the lifetime warranty I have taken advantage of a few times. I put t-bone stuff on all my rc's now just to give that extra protection and hopefully save some money in the long run 👍🏻

Definitely agree, I also have many t bone products, Kraton, yeti xl, x maxx, losi xl 2 and all there bumpers are huge and look pretty much exactly the same, they take away from the looks of the vehicle, they are overpriced for what you get, the wheels on the wheelie bars sometimes strip out or pull out, but they do take a beating, and there warranty so far is o.k.!

tbone makes an excellent product! I have the front and rear bumper on my granite blx and they have save my truck on more then one occasion! those times when you let someone drive your rc and say ok be gentle, avoid hitting solid objects. then there proceed to hit a cure dead on at 50+ kmph! thank goodness for my tbone!

I would trim the front bumper to match the plate behind it. That would give you some more room and someone needs to make a cage for it because it looks so much better without the body.

They make great products but I have to agree, for some parts, instructions would be very helpful. I've beat the hell out my tbone plastics and the durability is spot on. I should also note that if you do have an issue/question, they're quick to respond via email.

I have a version one T-bone on my Kraton ...you gave me some ideas how to as you would say "tweak it a bit "the bar with the wheels on it is up a bit high for me like you said at the end of the day the goal is to keep it on the ground I would like to make new holes in lower the bar thanks for the idea Vas😏👍🏻

+Kit Emett I'm pretty sure that you can get the Nero with the diff brain for $700 from towerhobbies, and for even less without the diff brain. I've got no idea where you got the prices you've mentioned from. Just clarifying.

If your genuinely thinking of spending cash on any RC, especially one as expensive as this, I would encourage you to do your own research. TH-cam is always a great starting point.
