I feel you. I actually collect all different sizes. Not the 12" figures though cause they just are to big and look awkward in my opinion. But most my old figures from Kenner an toybiz are 5". Then my New Dc figures from Mcfarlane are 7" and bigger but I love what he is doing since he took over the Dc line.

I have that one as well but its in the box and I didn't think to pull it out cause Its actually really big compared to these three batmobiles. But Ill be doing a review on a huge 89 Batmobile I have and Ill break it out just for you my guy.
It fits really great with my Ertl 1/18 scale and the way it comes unscrewed makes for easy paint and customization. Like that turbine and the two side intakes need to be black. You can remove them easy and spray paint them or leave them on the body and spray. The body and chassis separate. As does the canopy clear plastic. All you have to worry about is head and tail lamps.

Your actually the first person to ask me besides my kids. maybe in a few weeks cause Im trying to set up a few displays at the moment. Very cool, i still ave the Batmobile from Batman Returns, the one that splits in 3 and becomes a missile....Just picked upo the Flash Movie Batmobile...looks nice.
I have that batmobile batmissile as well. I just have it in the box still and don't have enough room to display it. But definitely one of my favs in my collection.
Yeah I have them displayed as well. I didn't put them in the line up cause I was just showing movie and cartoon vehicles. But I've had my Legends Batmobile since I was a child. An my Wayne coupe I have in the box still on a shelf. Love them older vehicles.
Fun fact, 89 Batmobile had matte flat black but Batman Returns was gloss due to the much more flamboyant style of that film. I think I'm going to paint mine gloss black.

But I have a Jada and a plastic kit of the flat 89 Batmobile in 1/24 scale and I wanted to do something different with this more 1/18 Spinmaster. At first I was just going to flat black the nose and side intakes. But then I found out how easy it was to disassemble and decided I would spray the whole body.
I actually have a very large Batmobile collection. when I get a chance ill have to do a room tour and show you. Its really cool people tell. Thanks for checking me out buddy.
Ohh I feel you buddy. I searched the clearance rack daily. I actually rarely buy Marvel Legends at full price. I know they will always drop down sooner or later. Same with they spinmaster figures.

It was made by Mattel some years back. At first they released it as a SDCC exclusive with lights, sounds, guns and the wheels popped out. Then they released it again with no lights or anything in a red Dc Comics Multiverse box. When they were making them small Arkham figures around 4". It a pretty cool vehicle, definitely worth trying to find if you can.
My mom would only get me the fat face Batmobile when i was a kid,and Kenner was literally right down the street!😞 My Kenner collection now is vast and crazy though!
Hey Im sorry bud. I forgot to even show that. Im new to this so I'm nervous about making my videos to long and talking to much. I just looked and No the toybiz Batman does not fit in the new spin master batmobile. The kenner batman from the dark knight collection and Batman returns figures fit though ok. The ears are right at the top when you close the canopy but it fits and dont cause any damage to the figures. Sorry about that bud.
Found the last one at Walmart but the batman figure was removed & they would only give me a $3 discount when the figure itself costs $9 so I had to pass up on it
Yeah i would of asked for a discount too. at least the price of the figure that was missing. Definitely a cool batmobile so maybe grab it down the line when they go on clearance or something.
@@TheCaveofWonders7 they always go on Clearance. I ended up getting The Batman batmobile for less than 20 bucks. I def want that batwing. I have the DC direct animated Batwing and have never opened it due to no wall space in my toy room

Wasn't enough room on the table. But check my other reviews and you can see a lot more Batmobiles all together. I have almost every batmobile besides a few crazy bright colored extremely childish ones like the ones from mid 2000. They started looking crazy for a minute there lol. An I don't plan on buying that new super powers batmobile. My original one is way better and means alot more to me. I did get that batwing though cause it fits well with my Old Batmobile.

Thats one of the reasons I didn't buy the Mcfarlane one. That and the canopy and just the sculpt of it looked off from the side and front. But great deal for the price and for people who want the vehicle for their 7" figures. I might get it but Im in no rush at all. It don't fit in with the size of all my other Batmobiles and vehicles.
@@TheCaveofWonders7 it’s not just the canopy for me but also the super glossy finish I have a 1 18 diecast model from black mamba I paid 56 dollars for it it’s fantastic also makes sounds has lights
@@MiataManDan Yeah I would have to repaint the whole vehicle while painting the canopy. Its just to glossy for me. Ill get it down the road im sure. But It was a missed opportunity in my opinion.
Great comparison video! I currently do not collect Batman toys, however I always had a soft spot for The Dark Knight Collection Batmobile which I had as a kid and it got lost during a move. It's extremely expensive nowadays but I'm glad that Spin Master made a similar 89 Batmobile toy, even though it is a tad small and doesn't have any features. Might have to get this.
Im actually a huge batman fan! I was four when I first seen the 89 Batman movie and I was hooked ever since. He was my first introduction to hero's besides ninja turtles and Heman. That 89 toybiz Batmobile was my first vehicle I remember ever getting. Actually started me into toy collecting. So these mean a lot to me! Spin Master did good job at coming close to making a cool version at a good price. That Dark Knight Collection one definitely is up there in price now.
Are you talking about the Mezco 66 batman set with the six figures, batmobile an batcave? I have that set if that's the one your talking about. I can measure it out real fast and look if that's the one.
just measured it out and they are both 13" long and 5" wide. Actually scale well together. I dont display that vehicle with the other ones on my shelf cause i use the Mattel 66 batmobile with the Mcfarlane figures. I have a separate area displaying that mezco 66 set.
If Spin Master had made the batmobile the same size as the Kenner one, it would have been pretty close to the right size for two seats. As it is, I like it, even if it's a bit barebones, and the Kenner 90-92 Batman figures do fit though the ears make it kind of difficult to close since they're just a hair too tall for the canopy.
To be fair the Spin Master Batmobile should be smaller because it's scaled for 4-inch figures and the other 2 are for 5-inch figures. Also if you put Batmans arms are the dashboard it will keep him from sliding down to far.
Yeah I have no complaints about the size. I have heard others upset about it. But I see no issues with it. an thanks cause I was going to just stuff some tissue down below his feet to make him not slide down.
I like your video and comparing the old ones to the new is great . I did the same thing with mine . Just fyi the turbine on the 89 batmobile is actually a silver and the rims are silver with a gold bat emblem . I still have the original batmobile poster from 1989 and you can see a lot of details . Im waiting on the McFarlane batmobile that i preordered .
Oh ok! I guess I never noticed that. Yeah I love this Batmobile cause it was the first one I was introduced to growing up. I might buy the Mcfarlan one to just have. But I wont display it with the others cause it so big in scale to the others I have on my Batmobile display. Plus the Canopy just makes it look off to me. But I do love McFarlan's work with the Dc line.
The Kenner one aged like a fine wine. Spin master, in your infinite wisdom, why would you give us an undersized Batmobile while both not include the two Browning machine guns, nor any exhaust flame effect😢😢😢😢. Based on the detail they did for The Batman” Batmobile, this is too minimal and not worth the money Walmart charges for it which if you’re lucky enough to find in store it’s gonna run you nearly $60.
Its at walmart for 35 dollars and comes with two figures so I figure that's ok for me. I mean a Mcfarlane 7" figure is 20 to 25 dollars. An a marvel legends is 25 to 35 dollars for one figure. So I'm not upset about the price. Would of been nice to have guns on it. But Dc don't allow them to have guns with their toys anymore so I knew that wasn't going to happen. My Dark knight collections Batman vehicle set is amazing so It will go down in history.

Really enjoyed this! Your Batmobile collection is amazing! My first Batmobile was the ToyBiz 89 Collection one. I later picked up the Super Powers Batmobile and have a few of the Animated series Batmobiles. I never had either of Kenner's movie Batmobiles, but getting either the Returns version (where it splits) or the Dark Knight Collection version is definitely on my bucket list. :) I wish Spin Master put rubber wheels on this one like they did for The Batman version. That was a pretty impressive toy. Have you seen that Spin Master is also doing a remote control version of this Batmobile? It looks like it fits the figures as well and has some additional features. It's more expensive of course, but I am very interested in seeing that one. :)
Yeah I seen that but man that thing was almost 200 dollars. I never buy the RC vehicles personally. But the do look amazing! An yeah I was born in 86 so my first batmobile was the 89 toybiz. Ran it up and down the hallway making that loud noise lol. I have all the Batmobiles for the most part besides some of the weird kid like ones from 2015 and up that were bright blue and had crazy action features. But that first Batmobile is what started toy collecting for me.
I would of seen it no matter what cause I'm a Dc fan. Plus its the first live action flash movie. So I have to support it. But....Having Batman in it is definitely a huge huge bonus to go see it.
This guy is fake positive. That Batman figure is nowhere near 4 inches. That Batmobile is narrow and cheap. The heads to the figures are so much smaller than the Batman figures for the movie, that their heads even look squished. That Batmobile only seats one figure and is as light as anything because the plastic is cheap. I hate when people do reviews were there overly positive about crap.
I'm sorry you didn't like the Batmobile bud. In the video you can see it was only a one seater. Hopefully you kept the receipt and can take it back. Hope you find the Mcfarlane one and that works out better for you.
I almost got this today, but it was way to expensive for the cheap plastic it is made out of. Oh yeah, and the rims were gold and black in the original movie.
Someone else just told me that. I actually never noticed that so thanks for keeping my knowledge up to date. An yeah Im not sure why it didn't have rubber wheels or lights for that price range like The Batman movie one spin master did. But I had to get it cause I grew up on that style of the batmobile.
She wasn't in this set with the batmobile. Just the Keaton Batman and the flash came with this Batmobile. But she was sold on a single card and in a 5 pack box set on amazon. I did a review on them in another video right around the same time as this one about 2 months ago when I first started my channel.

So far, the only flash merch I've seen at all is this and the batwing. Seriously considering it even though I only collect 6 and 7 inch figures.

I still have Bruce Wayne Custom Coupe and Legends of Batman Batmobile. Now I have Mcfarlane Keaton Batmobile.

Spin Master did good job at coming close to making a cool version at a good price. That Dark Knight Collection one definitely is up there in price now.
How does it compare to the mezco 1966 Batmobile from the 5 points line?
Are you talking about the Mezco 66 batman set with the six figures, batmobile an batcave? I have that set if that's the one your talking about. I can measure it out real fast and look if that's the one.
just measured it out and they are both 13" long and 5" wide. Actually scale well together. I dont display that vehicle with the other ones on my shelf cause i use the Mattel 66 batmobile with the Mcfarlane figures. I have a separate area displaying that mezco 66 set.
If Spin Master had made the batmobile the same size as the Kenner one, it would have been pretty close to the right size for two seats. As it is, I like it, even if it's a bit barebones, and the Kenner 90-92 Batman figures do fit though the ears make it kind of difficult to close since they're just a hair too tall for the canopy.
Yeah, I actually really like it. I do wish it had some action features. Machine guns or projectiles! I do love that sliding canopy.

To be fair the Spin Master Batmobile should be smaller because it's scaled for 4-inch figures and the other 2 are for 5-inch figures. Also if you put Batmans arms are the dashboard it will keep him from sliding down to far.
Yeah I have no complaints about the size. I have heard others upset about it. But I see no issues with it. an thanks cause I was going to just stuff some tissue down below his feet to make him not slide down.
I like your video and comparing the old ones to the new is great . I did the same thing with mine . Just fyi the turbine on the 89 batmobile is actually a silver and the rims are silver with a gold bat emblem . I still have the original batmobile poster from 1989 and you can see a lot of details . Im waiting on the McFarlane batmobile that i preordered .
Oh ok! I guess I never noticed that. Yeah I love this Batmobile cause it was the first one I was introduced to growing up. I might buy the Mcfarlan one to just have. But I wont display it with the others cause it so big in scale to the others I have on my Batmobile display. Plus the Canopy just makes it look off to me. But I do love McFarlan's work with the Dc line.
The Kenner one aged like a fine wine. Spin master, in your infinite wisdom, why would you give us an undersized Batmobile while both not include the two Browning machine guns, nor any exhaust flame effect😢😢😢😢. Based on the detail they did for The Batman” Batmobile, this is too minimal and not worth the money Walmart charges for it which if you’re lucky enough to find in store it’s gonna run you nearly $60.
Its at walmart for 35 dollars and comes with two figures so I figure that's ok for me. I mean a Mcfarlane 7" figure is 20 to 25 dollars. An a marvel legends is 25 to 35 dollars for one figure. So I'm not upset about the price. Would of been nice to have guns on it. But Dc don't allow them to have guns with their toys anymore so I knew that wasn't going to happen. My Dark knight collections Batman vehicle set is amazing so It will go down in history.

Really enjoyed this! Your Batmobile collection is amazing! My first Batmobile was the ToyBiz 89 Collection one. I later picked up the Super Powers Batmobile and have a few of the Animated series Batmobiles. I never had either of Kenner's movie Batmobiles, but getting either the Returns version (where it splits) or the Dark Knight Collection version is definitely on my bucket list. :) I wish Spin Master put rubber wheels on this one like they did for The Batman version. That was a pretty impressive toy. Have you seen that Spin Master is also doing a remote control version of this Batmobile? It looks like it fits the figures as well and has some additional features. It's more expensive of course, but I am very interested in seeing that one. :)
Yeah I seen that but man that thing was almost 200 dollars. I never buy the RC vehicles personally. But the do look amazing! An yeah I was born in 86 so my first batmobile was the 89 toybiz. Ran it up and down the hallway making that loud noise lol. I have all the Batmobiles for the most part besides some of the weird kid like ones from 2015 and up that were bright blue and had crazy action features. But that first Batmobile is what started toy collecting for me.

I would of seen it no matter what cause I'm a Dc fan. Plus its the first live action flash movie. So I have to support it. But....Having Batman in it is definitely a huge huge bonus to go see it.

This guy is fake positive. That Batman figure is nowhere near 4 inches. That Batmobile is narrow and cheap. The heads to the figures are so much smaller than the Batman figures for the movie, that their heads even look squished. That Batmobile only seats one figure and is as light as anything because the plastic is cheap. I hate when people do reviews were there overly positive about crap.
I'm sorry you didn't like the Batmobile bud. In the video you can see it was only a one seater. Hopefully you kept the receipt and can take it back. Hope you find the Mcfarlane one and that works out better for you.
I almost got this today, but it was way to expensive for the cheap plastic it is made out of. Oh yeah, and the rims were gold and black in the original movie.
Someone else just told me that. I actually never noticed that so thanks for keeping my knowledge up to date. An yeah Im not sure why it didn't have rubber wheels or lights for that price range like The Batman movie one spin master did. But I had to get it cause I grew up on that style of the batmobile.
Where the hell is Supergirl
She wasn't in this set with the batmobile. Just the Keaton Batman and the flash came with this Batmobile. But she was sold on a single card and in a 5 pack box set on amazon. I did a review on them in another video right around the same time as this one about 2 months ago when I first started my channel.
