Hair colourist here! Quick tip You shouldn’t bleach hair whilst it’s wet, this is why it didn’t lift much after you bleached it the 2nd time. And wella t18 should be used on pale blonde hair that’s why only certain strands were toned to a really high level blonde. But the hair still looks nice babe 💕💕
