To be honest …. The basement is the USP point of this villa. Best I’ve seen soooo far and given this is a turn key home with all fixtures and fittings the price seems quite reasonable 🙌🏼

Beautiful villa! I love this format of videos - longer and in detail! Not a fan of the shorter ones since it's hard to get a feel for the layout.
I really enjoyed your walk through! Very cool house! It's fun to see what's out there and I think that I could buy this house over the phone without even seeing it in person! It's seriously that nice! It's on my Bucket List of things to do! Both videos are well done... music video of this home is like a "Movie Trailer" and this is "The Movie" :) that's how I see it.

Mate always property tour, what a difference, you can see proportions compared to yourself Artur, and to be honest the way you present the properties is just mesmerising. The only thing I'm missing is some tours in Sorogrande, well I'm from Cádiz though I'm in the UK, but yeah it would be amazing to see some tours from you dedicated to some of the impressive properties in Sorogrande.

Fantastic video Artur! As always. Love that presentation way more than the music vids :-) I think it's probably the best value for a villa with that size, features and location I've seen in a long time.
But talking about location: Why is it, that a lot of prices in La Alqueria (and especially in the nearer area of Villa Heart) are decreasing or getting reduced right now? Has it something to do with that "golf course"? This part of the course does not seem to be used anymore and someone could assume that it will be sold in the near future to build new properties right in front of my million euro views?
Perhaps the most practical and good size villa so far in Marbella. I like the simplicity of every corner and layout of the house, but still of modern design. The only problem is the master bedroom, where the bathroom is in the same room of one gigantic open system master bedroom.

This is a beautiful modern home. Great tour! You asked us to give comments about things we’d like to hear about and I know this video is ver a year old but thought I’d mention a few things anyway. Where does the water supply come from for these homes? I’m assuming there’s a mountain reservoir but it would be interesting to hear what you have to say above it it. Do the homes generally have water purification systems so you can drink water from the tap? If not, what are the alternatives? Regarding pools, you mentioned this one had a salt water pool. Is that what most homes have or do some also have chlorine or mineral water pools? What’s the breakdown between those three types of systems? Is there a central contact location to assist in hiring a housekeeper, pool boy, gardener, chef, etc., or do you just have to find them on your own? Thanks much for any and all answers and keep up the good work!
Yes the Property is amazing. I would assume water for the home would be supplied from the nearby Marbella desalination plant that processes sea water.
