    Coach chong does visualisation help to manipulate fascia?

    so does this mean you can workout while allowing your fascia to work, yet also for the muscles to grow, assuming you are fascially diven

      If you mean gym work yes still go to the gym whilst doing fascia work

      The role of fascia is to provide support and reduce friction, so granted you are providing a reason for both of those to be utilised by your fascia, it will improve, as long as you train correctly of course.

    Amazing you work with Jo Phee as well. She’s a Yin Yoga teacher that inspired me and my parent to the myofascial world

    Looking forward to learning from you...Iyengar Yoga students sometimes go up 1/2 size in their feet because they do a lot of foot work. I have been following the fascial congress for a while and the German doctor and Dr. Langevin. Recently a case of CVD gave me a fever for days and after I am more mobile...I wonder if the fascial sticking places were burned off...I also do block therapy which emphasizes the breath to heat the diaphragm as they claim that is important to the fascial structure release and hydration and the MELT method which a light version...finally over the last few years, scientists acknowledge the fascial web as a dynamic unit and some how it connects to the lymph system...in Chinese Medicine they say the Wei Qi defensive Qi normally resides above the Cu Li, which I think is the fascia and the lymph system. Then at night during sleep, the Wei Qi goes further internally.

      The best fascia exercise ever is: single leg lateral hops till failure, the highest level of fascia contraction.

      I know this is late but fascia is very good, and I see ur a football fan. I train fascia, grounding, and my recovery is very good. Also, most people don't know this but there can be knots in the fascia and etc. Which lead to a lot of injuries on the pitch in ftbl

    Sir is there any books you would recommend about the fascia or do you plan on doing a course about this? I’m very interested and trying to soak up all information.
    For years I have always known that people who had strong feet tend to be strong overall.

      @ProsOutOfContext 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      But how did you get to that point? Whenever i do towel curls i dont feel anything in my glutes or core at all. Do i need to continue to do it until i start feeling something in my glutes?

    • @justrandomthings2763
      @justrandomthings2763 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can only get to that level by training 1 on 1 with coach Chong xie , and yeah keep doing towel curls first you feel in your arch and then calf hamstring and then gradually it will be in glutes@@ProsOutOfContext
