I plan to actually drive my Demon 170 and wanted to protect the paint as much as possible.

Who doesn't love watching Speedy's Garage? Your content is always great. True passion. Eric did a great job. Agree on the scoop, you can see the difference but it looks like a factory option.
Ur car is sick....🔥.......great job my friend ....keep the great content....going ..✌️
On my Challenger T/A hood, which is factory painted Matte Black, I wrapped the entire Matte Black hood with XPEL Stealth PPF. I did not like the "stripe" showing with only doing the front end of the Black hood. otherwise, looks great!
Wow, that's about as meticulous as it gets. Surface is triple cleaned before application. I like the idea of a do it yourself product that I can't screw up. Hopefully this vid will motiviate me. 22 RE about 18 months old with PPF and nothing else yet - not even a speck of wax. Time to get moving.
Nexgen ceramic coating is awesome if you ever want to try a different brand. Highest content of ceramic of all brands.
Looks good . I have my Demon booked in for PPF and Ceramic. Im thinking I will skip the Ceramic and do the graphene coating like you did. I liked the PPF part way over the Satin. I was thinking of doing that too. it helped to see yours done like that. Mine has satin roof also, so might do a partial PPF on the front leading edge of the roof to. Great video. Another good product is Can Coat. I have used it in the past.
Another good video speedy. What do I do about the existing wax that's on the car now in order to start this process? Thanks
Love the Interceptor intro- one of the best scenes ever!
Nice car brother!
Great video speedy !! ... would love to figure out what would keep rubber off the rear fender liners all together !
Ceramic coating is a great place to start. Pressure washer and off it comes. Just don't do it in your driveway ask me how I know lol.
@SpeedysGarage lol ....dam rubber everywhere ...lol.
Smart move.
"When do we GO FOR A RIDE!"
i have a 2021 challenger scat pak same color as yours all i use is griots detailing products and love their stuff, i dont know if you ever tried their 3 in one ceramic coating but you might want to give that a try its awesome
Griots is good stuff too.
I think you will wish you had done the entire front clip.
I never had many issues other than the places I mentioned on the old car. Fingers crossed on this one.
Thanks for another informative video. Looks frickin awesome !!
I was shopping around auto zone or whatever and tried the same Cerakote for the wheel linings and agree it looks great. Speedy you look stressed relax you have a 170!!
You will have a Challenger at ChallengerFest..so amazing!
Eric did the PPF on my redeye as well. Stopped by his shop on my way back to VA.
Looks great 👍
man that color and coating really pops
Watching
My PPF shop has been around for a while and won't put PPF on satin matte finish out of concern that it will completely change the look of the matte if/when it is removed. I tend to agree, so didn't PPF my matte hood. Even a fingerprint will render that thing shiny in that spot, let alone the adhesive for the film.
My guys is in the Dupont Registry (sounds good anyway) and said no issues. We'll see I guess but I don't want chips for sure.
@@SpeedysGarage Yessir. Only time will tell. But for now, it definitely looks good and is protected from chips.
Really glad you got the D170 since the other one got taken. Happy for you man.
Very good valuable information for us that like to save money. Professional detailing can get pricey but the chemicals that are out now though not as long lasting definitely does an adequate job. Looks awesome and appreciate this Video 😉👍
