This approach on what to do only works from Darwin's perspective unfortunately. Note that some captions are slightly fast due to some things happening relatively fast; pause if you need to read them. Heavily recommend using the Discord (discord.gg/wCektWR6R5 ) if you want some more advice on how it's approached using other characters. As I said though, some things here can be applied to the other characters in the roster however. Not quite at lingering force yet but I have a question, I'm trying to get underground power for Darwin and it needs the swift zweihander (maxed), how do you get the (maxed) part of the weapon? I've already leveled the weapon up to its maximum might to the point I can't reinforce further as well, do I have to enchant or something?
in the crafting menu, when its looking for a maxed weapon, it needs the tier 1 craftable (swift zweihander in this case) at +125, so as long as you dont have it equipped or locked, but it is at +125, you will be able to craft it, so check if you have it locked or something also something i want to mention, i really dont reccomend going for underground power at the moment unless you really want it, its generally worse than chained seal in terms of what it offers, it only has a bit more base attack and gets beaten in every other department, go for it if you want it though, it gets buffed next update to go to +50 at max which makes it better than CS in p much every way
its mostly just about not dying period (as basic as that sounds), ideally you wanna get to LF with full lifeforce with best odds parrying/dodging everything is most ideal but if you're someone like darwin, you can counter most of the damage and heal off major damage using crescent dawn

in the shop, under the account (might be a different tab but iirc its there) tab, you can buy a character reset scroll for 5k gold, buy that, and then check your mailbox (directly across from the shop pretty much) and redeem the scroll

Armor Penetration makes all of your attacks (skills or not) ignore a portion of enemy defense, therefore increasing your damage; you're thinking of Knockout Master, which accelerates the rate you take out Super Armor bars EDIT (7/4/2022): This was apparently never the case and Armor Penetration as the gem says, it ignores a portion of enemy defense. By that, it means enemy defense rating, which no enemy at the time of me writing this (refer to when edit was made) has aside from Genrochi on Hero Mode. Even then, his Defense Rating sits at a whopping 3%. You sadly aren't going to see much gain off Armor Penetration anymore post v1.6, simply because it never worked that way. Just wanted to make note of this since I'm not sure if anyone's aware yet.
all enchants here are from the Unknown Shard, if you don't see any of these enchants on your enchant menu, they're unlocked via completing Feats (the trophy icon in the menu)
Not sure if you know this, but there is a way to beat Lingering Force as Valeri. The only way to beat him is to constantly use Cataclysmic Divide, Disposition and Soul Siphon to maximise damage while parrying and healing. However, the Cataclysmic Divide may be a problem due to its long casting time, but that can be solved by performing an animation glitch. It gets complicated from here. First, use Disposition, then cancel the animation as soon as you see the pink circle. Then, immediately use Cataclysmic Divide. This will make Cataclysmic Divide cancellable by dodging, making it easier to evade Lingering Force's lightning strikes. However, it may not work on the second phase due to his clones and Vinculum Shift. The only way to counter them is to parry the clones and get as close as possible to Lingering Force while giving yourself time to cast Cataclysmic Divide. Lingering Force reached x20 bars when I used this while on LVL 214.
