Pan Dulce Conchas Mexican Sweet Bread

- Ingredients for the dough-
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
6 tbs butter room temperature
3 eggs room temperature
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs active dry yeast (7 grams or 1 packet)
¾ cup warm milk it should be 105° to 110°
Back at 350° for 20 minutes
Ingredients for the fondant-
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup buttered flavor shortening
1-2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder I’m using Hershey’s (optional)
