FYI, that Flaaffy is a Promo card that you can only get from this deck, I was surprised when I was trying to sort mine.

I pulled a flaffy from my first pack in 20 years... Brought tears to my eyes haha. Definitely getting this deck to play against my brother. You're never too old to do what you love guys!

I recently found the Ampharos ex Battle Deck for $5 at an Aldi’s grocery store. Grabbed the very last one.
Yes! Been looking forward to these vids. Got the Ampharos ex and Lucario ex decks to play with my little brother, we are having lots of fun with that along with the decks we've built. Thanks for the really good tip with the Pokegear!
Ayyy thanks for watching and nice! glad to hear! :) Yeah the Pokegear comes clutch late game too espically after you've thinned out your deck of a lot of non-supporter cards to really make sure you hit what you need, great for getting a boss's orders and also combos well with cards like arven or magnazone vstar where you search for an item card that you plan to use in a future turn!
Same here actually! We traded a few Pokemon between the two packs, split the energy/support cards evenly and it's been a blast
I love Ampharos! Used it in my team for pokemon Voilet. Was wondering about this deck if it was any good, but personally excited for the tinkaton and meowscerada decks that are coming later
hey! as a promo card collector, this is cool! and you can get a really rare play stamp version of this card and lucario ex! this deck has 2 promos, the flaafy, and the ampharos! i miss cracked ice foil decks tho,
In generell i love the electric type. If i have to name a top three, i would put tapu koko, magnezone and regieleki in it. But there are many dope mons.
As a bit fan of Theme Decks, i think this Deck is all right. Definetly a good item for beginners!😊
I’m pretty sure, that the flying (colorless) birds are in this deck, because they resist the “fighting” type.
Since it’s counter part is the Lucario deck (fighting) and electric are weak to fighting, to balance it out when fighting each other.
Ampharos is my top 1 favorite Pokémon. I also like Raikou and Raichu :3

Great video man, this seems like a really good deck for someone juat starting out. Not as complicated as a battle league deck which is nice, but it looks like it is still engaging enough that the person playing will have to think about their turns. Keep up the phenomenal work man.
I started playing the “my first battle” decks with my two young boys. We played them so much now, lots of fun, but they are getting a bit bored 😅 Are these ex battle decks the next best step we should take into using 60 card decks?
(Keeping it simple in the beginning versus building our own decks)

My friends and I have been playing this deck for a little bit now and we feel like it is underwhelming. At least compared to its counterpart, the Lucario deck. Maybe we are missing something in the strategy of it? I'm not sure. We only play it VS other level 1 decks.
I recommend swapping out the Flaffy cards for the better versions he’s mentioned in the video and adding in electric generators and this deck suddenly becomes much better
I just got into playing and I picked this deck up along with a few others. My and my wife are playing for the first time and she loves this deck. The problem is that I find it very easy to beat and I want her to have more of a chance. Can you suggest the best way to upgrade it, whilst keeping the core theme of the deck?

Between this one, the Lucario, Chien-Pao, and Tinkaton deck-which would you say is the best?
Chien-Pao is probably the best as it converts very well into a competitive deck too! Normal Chien-pao cards sell for a decent amount at the moment so when the starter deck comes out the prices for all the current chien-paos out rigth now should drop a decent amount
