🍞🍗Below are our favorite Sri Lankan baked bread and chicken recipes that I have made😍
Srilankan roast bread 🍞
Ingridiants
1kg wheat flour
3 1/2 tbs yeast
2 tsp salt
3 tbs oil
3 tsp sugar
Rosted chiken 🐔
Ingridiants
Whole chicken with skin
Ginger,garlic paste
Naga chili,coriander roots paste
Coconut oil
Turmeric
Chili
Pepper
Salt
Yellow rice filling(date,raisin,pineapple,onion coriander leaves,butter)
Butter glaze🍯

මේ දකින හැම අම්මා කෙනෙක්ම, තාත්තා කෙනෙක්ම මිහිපිට දෙවිවරු! තාත්තා කෙනෙක්ගෙ සැබෑ වීරත්වය ඉස්මතු කෙරෙන මේ දස්කම් විස්කම් දරුවන්ට ලොකු ආඩම්බරයක්! ආශිර්වාදයක්! අම්මා කෙනෙකුගේ ශක්තිය, මඟපෙන්වීම ඊට නොදෙවෙනිය. දස්කම් දක්වන ඔය අපූරු දෑතට බුදුසරණයි තාත්තේ...! ඔය වීරත්වයට ආදරෙයි! හැම තාත්තා කෙනෙක්ම අසහාය ලෙස තම තමන්ට අනන්‍ය වූ නොයෙක් දස්කම් දැක්වීමටම උපන් හපන්කම් දක්වන බව පුදුමසහගතය. ඔබ දෙපළට ආදරයෙන් තුති පුදමි! සුගතිගාමී වෙත්වා! මෙතේ බුදුන් දැක නිවන් දකිත්වා! 🙏😢✨💕
