Everything Solomon plays is so beautiful and balanced and musical. There is no one to touch him. He doesn't take a climax too much where some pianists take the climax too soon leaving nothing for the real high point of a piece of music. Sublime. I thank the world for Solomon Cutner.

First mov. just slightly on the quick side, which upsets (also slightly) the marvelous dialogue which Beethoven creates. The other movements very special. A truly great pianist.
