Mukula accuses Tanga Odoi of creating division in NRM

- The NRM vice-chairperson for eastern Uganda Captain Mike Mukula has said there is a need to reorganise the party's internal democracy. This comes after the NRM candidate in the Serere MP election lost to an independent candidate Emmanuel Omoding, who replaces his late father Patrick Okabe.
