Could these tendons be stretched or laxed due to time, wear and past sprains or other circumstances?
No supination noted/yet much PRONATION! Does this present other clues to something else?
Many tendons are laxed and weak due to adrenal exhaustion and respond well with specific nutrients and protocols. Thanks for such great information and the help you provide!
Can’t wait to see the taping video!
Could you please do a video on the biceps tendon that slips out of the groove often, when a person leans forward and reaches for something on the floor? I’m very interested in seeing a taping video regarding this and knowing if it could be a first line therapy before seeking further action.
Could it possibly recover without professional assistance? I’ve healed a Biceps tendon which was stuck OUT of the groove and was able to manipulate it back into place, but not one that pops OUT and back in again. Thanks 🙏

    Very excellent, informative video!
Question: if you’re told that one of these tendons is torn & needs to be surgically repaired, yet the PT is NOT experiencing much or any pain, should a second opinion sought? Some swelling but other than that no other symptoms. Thanks

Definitely get a second opinion! The peroneal tendons can look torn on MRI but not be!

Would an issue with the peroneal tendon cause outer knee issues? The upper outward part of my lower leg "locks up" and hurts when i jog.
