In high school I was in theater class and we were doing some weird group posing exercise and I had my eyes closed, had my arms around the shoulders of the people on either side of me and reached to grab the shoulders of the people on the other side of them, did not know the girl on the other side of the guy to my right was leaning back, turns out it was not her shoulder I had grabbed but rather her boob. I don't normally care what other people think and embarrassment is not an emotion I am capable of, but I was terrified that the coincidence would get me labelled a molester or something, there were people around that had been in the room for both incidents. Somehow nobody ever brought it up again.

I was like 14 or 15 at the time. I was swimming in the pool at my house, my younger sister was also swimming. When I was 18, I used to go to this Friday night coffee house at a youth center. There was a girl there who wasn't a knock out but she was well built. This was 50 years ago and I all but forgot about it until now.
Accidentally dropped/placed my hand on a girl's thigh in middle school, who I sat next to in 8th-grade science. Sad to think that middle school was that long ago so my memory of things is a little hazy. I think I had been a little exhausted that I didn't notice where my hand had mindlessly drifted off to. When I noticed and removed my hand, I think she gave me a small shy smile when we were both looking at each other due to the accident contact. Not sure if she was blushing. Or if I was.
