One of my earliest memories of Saints beating Pies; watched on old black & white tv!
Just found this video. I was at this game and like all the Wigan fans on the day was left wondering how on earth did they lose that game. It came down to a speculative drop goal attempt that bounced favourably for them. Nothing changes!
I was thereright behind Coslett who sliced the drop and there was a fluky bounce, Wigan should have had this wrapped up before that though.
