I didn’t know they still put the blx system in this I figured it would be spektrum system I bought a exb kraton but if I have problems with the rear diff I’m turning it back in and buying a talion nice video man!!

Sorry to hear you have rear diff issues with the EXB, such a great over all car, once you get the rear diff sorted - im running mine with 3 star plates each side and been rock solid (touch wood), having said that the Talion is also a great car, wish we got one sooner 👍 i was surprised it still had the BLX and STX2 - bearing in mind its been out of stock for 6 months, would have thought they would at least do those changes when building them

Great vid - so few von this rig 😊 That ground clearance is awesome - it’s able to keep high speed on rough terrain. Already looking forward to the speed pinion vid 👍 Can you do one on tarmac as well to see how close you get to 70? Nice editing Callum, great you kept those bloopers in 👍😊🤣👌
Love the Talion now - we also over looked it for other cars, whish we had got one sooner now :) will see if we can find some where with long enough tarmac to run her. LOL on the bloopers, i always have them but dont normally put them im, Callum saw them and said they have to go in :)

LOL - i felt bad unboxing it, it sat in my hallway for 3 days, but as he couldnt get over for the Saturday and wanted to run it on the Sunday he said it was ok so that i could also then get it ready to run, new radio gear etc.. It really is a nice truck - should have got one ages ago

Oh yes - they have to learn the value of money, whilst they can use the cars i buy, they also like to have their own. Callum even did work for my parents to earn the last bit for the Talion :) thanks for watching 👍
Congrats to Callum on the EPIC Talion! I was very tempted to snag one of these V4 when they dropped. One of the most Underated & Unseen Arrmas! Super fast bone stock, epic handling with the wide truggy stance & low centre of gravity 👌 One of Arrmas finest IMO... Unfortunately I can't buy everything unless I want a divorce from the Wife! 😂 Maybe later down the road eh... Maybe arrma will drop a V5 or EXB?! Thumbs up from me gents. 👍

Maybe you can sneak one in without the wife knowing 😂😂 i do know a whole new Talion and Outcast are coming summer 2021, what they are changing i dont know, but that was the reason they didnt do a V5 Talion or Outcast

Yeah I'm replacing my controller with a Dumbo RC x6 ,first outing using that crappy controller I could tell there was a lag so I had to be extra careful because there were other cars on the track beside mine

@@DaddyMakesCoffee Talion chassis is still metal - same metal as the other 6s cars (except the EXB) hence why we now have the bashbar on it as the chassis got bent making this video. We fitted the bashbar during last Fridays live stream
Technically Jack only currenlty has the Pro-Line MT 4x4 Pro, but we dont take that out now as its not very good. He uses the Typhon, plus drives the Kraton and Mojave EXB. However he does have a new car on pre-order - going to be a beast 👍👍 and he just bought himself a Noble NB4 as well
Dude I have a Typhon 3S and honestly it’s a RIOT to drive on 3S. I also have a Kratan V5 6S and I find myself reaching for the Typhon just as much. Love this hobby!
Props to the lad saving up for his RC,Tough thing for kids to do these days. I'm torn in half with the Talion, I've been tempted a few times to get one but I've always held off. Apart from the STX2 what's the honest verdict on it and what do you think the Talion is really about? Great video as always.
Thanks - he is very good at saving, has bought his own Limitless and Notorious as well - just asks for money for his Birthday and Christmas and saves his pocket money plus does jobs. Callum is really liking the Talion, its like a cross between a Kraton and Typhon - very quick and handles very well, plus can jump with the best of them. Have a speed run on tarmac video coming out this weekend

Hi, I just got into RC couple of months ago I currently picked up Vorteks couple days ago and I love it more and more. Any suggestion for a 6s purchase I can't decide between Kraton or Talion and even Typhon just overall if you could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you
I am so tempted to save up and get either a Arrma Talion 6s or a Arrma Kraton 6s which one would you recommend ? the park has a dirt bike track tons of humps, also has a tarmac long path too.
Your choice may not be that simple now, the standard Talion RTR has been discontinued and now only sold as an EXB RTR with a price hike, Very similar rigs but the Talion is faster and more track focused if that makes sense, it can jump but has short shocks and shock towers. Which ever way you go they are both very good rigs

Chargers have a look at the ones in my description, yes they are from Banggood but for the price you wont get better in the UK, normally get within a week as well. There is a new Talion due this year, but its not a V5, its a whole new car, so if you like the current Talion dont send it back or you will likely never be able to get one again, no one knows what the new Talion will be, but its not just a few updates its a whole new car

@@Zillawill Its is more agile and quicker than a Kraton, Callum loves his. If you want real agility though get the Tekno ET 48 2.0 or the TLR 8Eight - but not as hard for bashing. Other option would be a Tekno ET 48.3 with the M2C upgrades that make it bash ready

@@joshchatwin8179 Yes the Hobbywing systems are very good and reliable - go with either a Max8 2200kv combo or the max6 1650kv combo. We use a Max6 1650kv in our EXB, but a Max8 2200kv is good enough (its basically the same system that comes in the RTR) and it does keep the cost down

This is a 6s truck - i presume you mean the pinion to make the truck go faster, yes you can put a bigger pinion in a 4s truck to make it go faster, just need to watch the temps

With the 20 tooth speed pinion ii is supposed to do 70mph, likely needs to be on tarmac, but we will put the GPS on with the speed pinion and find out :)

I crashed my brand new Typhon 6S into a lamp post today, the lamp post now has a hole in it, the Typhon not a scratch, tough cars!!!!

Thanks for the sub, body isn't a direct fit to a Kraton, you would have to change the front body mounts and also the center roll cage.

Swap out the tires with a Kraton and tailion
Been running with the Backflip LP's seem to suit the car really well
can you exchange the talion and kraton body without any modification? thanks

This is a 6s truck - i presume you mean the pinion to make the truck go faster, yes you can put a bigger pinion in a 4s truck to make it go faster, just need to watch the temps

How is this not a kraton?
Slightly different set up - motor and ESC set further back, lower shock towers, lower rear wing. Its a cross between Kraton and Typhon really

With the 20 tooth speed pinion ii is supposed to do 70mph, likely needs to be on tarmac, but we will put the GPS on with the speed pinion and find out :)
