Another good place for show clothes is resale/ consignment shops. I have one local and I know the owner. She knows what I'm looking for and will call me if something nice comes in. I nought a Tahari suit for $20 last year. Was in mint condition. .
Thank you. Very helpful!! Your videos have been inspiring for me over the past few months during COVID. Thank you for the time and effort you put into them.
What a great episode! I loved it! Searching online with filters can be so hard. I enjoyed the time shopping with you. Love your hair today btw. Miss you!
Just an additional source; eshakti. (eshakti.com). You won't necessarily find a tailored suit jacket. But they have a huge number of outfits, many of which will look good in the ring. They range in all sizes or you can send them your actual measurements. They all come with pockets and you can choose your neckline type, sleeve type and length, and hem length. They are also making attractive scarf/mask combos which can match the outfit. I have several things from them and they are well made. Prices are quite reasonable. I have no financial interest in them, just a happy customer.
At exhibitions in Europe, handlers use special bags-pockets that are put on top of the clothes. Do you use them at exhibitions? Thanks a lot for the video)
Doesn’t it make you crazy when the say condition: pre-owned? I’m a pants girl, myself. Another hint for people. Look for pictures of the garment tag. People sell things that they don’t understand the sizes. Don’t understand the difference between missed small/petite, petite small and petite petite.
Awesome, thanks Amy!
