what pained me was that they started leaving almost as soon as he finished his second song and missed his phenomenal mix tape where he brought out other mcs and really just rocked them bells until he got off stage. i love LL and what he does for the culture, cell phones out was because we were recording history for ourselves and jamming , them leaving so early in his set to me was just plain disrespectful. we were there from noon to midnight jammin, they should have rested up for the event ijs

It's a 2 way street , crowd participation is what's missing to bring out the faya in artists , nowadays its all about taping the moment to say you were there n all that , while back in the day , no phones n crews tearing shythe down. FYI when my buddies n me go out we pick artists we love and rock it rite in front of the stage , while most of em are standing still and fiddling with fones SMH. Much love from Holland

I love me some LL forever but that battle was brutal and unfair. Bus looked up to him and gave him much props. As far as Moe Dee, that was simply a changing of the guard and an end of an era. LL had fresh new production coming in and while Moe Dee's strength was his intelligence and power, it didnt do him justice when Marly Marl and LL were a winning team.
