The golden era of Hip hop, I just love how all the legends was showing these youngins how’s it done, the stage presence of these artists was out of this world. The way the crowd responded when Wu-Tang came out, brought a tear to my eyes I swear.

I remember buying the Protect Ya Neck single at the Wiz outside of the of the Woodhaven Blvd station when I lived in Lefrak, way before 36 Chambers album dropped & being enchanted!!! Time flies, but some things are TIMELESS!!! This was perfection!!!

One of the best BET hip hop awards shows ever produced. Loud Records was a HUGE part of true authentic culture, some of the biggest names and groups came outta that camp. Much respect to Steve Rifkind for building one of the best labels to ever do it!
