As a newbie, worth to see your video, to understand more on how to choose roasted bean to match my preferred taste. Thank you so much.

Great info and delivery. I am a plant guy with landscaping for 30 years. I recently moved from sea level to the mountains of Arizona at 5300 feet. Man is it hard to grow plants at this altitude. I have been roasting coffee for 7 years now and love high altitude coffee to a light roast. Thanks for confirming my intuition about this topic.

That's awesome! Coffee harvesting is an art form, and even more so at higher altitudes. We share the same taste: high altitude, light roasts ☕️
