Video appears to show Trump shooter pacing near rally before assassination attempt

This new video obtained by ABC affiliate WTAE appears to show Thomas Matthew Crooks pacing back and forth just beyond the boundaries of the rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Law enforcement believe this video shows Crooks.
