Before you reach Mother's Hut, there are several cuts available to take right turn and go to the service lane. Take any of them. You'll just be driving more on the service lane depending on which turn you take. People usually miss these right turns and realize they have crossed Mother's Hut when they overshoot it. That is why Google Maps has picked it up that you will have to go further and then come back towards Shantipur.

@zeeshanmitra5431 currently google maps shows the route through Dalkhola, it being the fastest route as of now..
