What people forget is that pedestrians and cyclists and other non-motor vehicle operators (aka PEOPLE) have a RIGHT to be on the streets, roads, highways and public spaces. Driving is only a PRIVILEGE, something sanctioned by the state, to be allowed only after proper instruction, experience, testing, licensing and operating a registered, insured motor vehicle. This is not in question. This is simple fact.
Yet, drivers abuse this privilege 24/7/365, and yet THEY feel they are victims! Unreal!
