Yes I’ve coded Idrive system in before. However I’ve coded in older version such as 5 series 2007 e60 model and cause they had a larger screen and than normal it had maximised the resolution. However for the new ones as long as it’s genuine and same part number then yeh it will code it in,
@@raul16nyc it may code it in but I would highly recommend you get dealer software for this as with dealer you can actually play about with it more and have more functions. Autel probably has 50% of the coding what bmw software has but dealer software you can’t beat.

Yes as long as you get the j2534 module with it…
Is this a paid service, do you have to purchase from autel, in order to program ?
Yes I have a subscription yearly
However if you don’t want coding and programming then your fine you can use the basics but if you need them two then yes you need subscription
