The Lost Art of the Post-Credits Scene - DCEU Edition

DC couldn't build hype for Justice League using post-credits scenes like Marvel did for Avengers. Even with characters like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn they couldn't get people excited for the next films in their universe. Now Warner Bros are abandoning the DCEU created by Zack Snyder and replacing it with a new DCU created by James Gunn. Had they built hype wisely using post and mid-credits scenes better perhaps we could have seen Ben Affleck's solo Batman film or Henry Cavill return as Superman in a Man of Steel 2.
