My home land :) Scenery was pretty much spot on too Queenstown a very touristy area, also no night landings permitted yet, but a new GPS guidence sytem to be used so night approaches are possible. Another nice video still

Awesome video, and landing! My first flight into NZQN was in a NAC F-27. Low cloud until we're about 400 feet above ground. Seeing the mountains right next to you as the clouds break was hair raising. Done this trip dozens of times (family lives in Arrowtown-family home was built in about 1890), must give it a crack in FSX.

The problem with the NGX and I guess with the real life B738 is that it's "slippery"
About TIR, I Love it. The motion give more realism to the sim.

Welcome to Middle Earth Matt... By the looks you were using ORBX's NZSI and Queenstown sceneries. Looks good on your rig.. For us kiwi simmers who fly these routes all the time it's just another day at the office but for someones first time when visibility can become dodgy it can really pucker the bunghole. Anyways nice job and welcome to our back yard, would love to see you do some more down here, perhaps the Milford Sound airport (A beautiful spot which ORBX did well on too) or try your luck with Wellington on a day when the weather is having fun (Up to 100kph crosswinds :P). Great Vid!!

I found a challenging approach just yesterday. Fly the visual approach runway 3 in Boa Vista Cape Verde in the NGX. It's like st Bart's with the drop off but ngx's do fly in there so it is legitiment!
This was nice to see... I self like he EGLC approach in the Dash 8 as it really tends to overspeed on that 5.5 degrees glideslope.
When I landed in Queenstown last summer, it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

***** Also, I might of missed it... what is your graphics card again? I would rank myself far below you when it comes to computer specs, but I am looking into some more modern hardware every now and then. But judging by you FSX performance already, I probably shouldn't be needing as good of a graphics card as you (I don't run as many add-ons). Thanks In advance!

To be honest, not the approach I've ever done in P3D. The only challenge for me was getting to a suitable height on final. Had to do a go around on the first attempt, because I was too high. Nice video though.
You should do ísafjörður icao code biis, its in iceland and you should do the runway to the north you cant do it in 737 it is mostly flown by fokkers and similar sized aircrafts

Hey Matt, have you tried this solution in this thread: www.simforums.com/forums/ezdok-middle-mouse-button-not-working_topic47546.html It worked for me. all I did was to wait about 1 min between every selection, Just like this: Launch FSX - (wait 1 min) - Go to freeflight and select current location - (wait 1 min) - select current time and season - (wait 1 min) - select current weather - (wait 1 min) - select aircraft - (wait 1 min) - FLY NOW.
JUST BEAR IN MIND: Whit some addons you will need to wait longer.
Hey, I have a problem. I don't know how to activate/initialize EzDok camera for FSX. I've a lot of controls calibrated unto FSX. I have to do some sophisticated things to them to work correctly, but I don't know how to do that. Once I run FSX with Ezdo, my yoke doesn't work correctly. I've tried to watch some tutorials, but unfortunately they don't work. Can someone help me??

Hi, I flew this approach a few weeks ago in the MJC8 Q400. Are you supposed to do the visual circuit or can you just land straight in after the QN603 waypoint?
2 years too late but if you still care I've seen a lot of this approach and most people don't do the circuit.

you need to lower the sensibility of TIR..
That is why is so disturbing... also you need to be sure not to move that much and setup 2 buttons in your joystick one for center and the other to pause (f9 and f12) that way is easier for the viewer and for you to select the nobs.
F7 turns on precision mode. That will slow it down. 51 smoothing 6 on speed in global settings.

I really like your video's, but you a making me motion sick with the constant head movement. You need to go back to EZDoK if you plan to record.
