My favourite conspiracy theory is about the Black Ambulance. It was popular in my area mostly in 1980s. It drives around and kidnaps people (often children) for their organs. It sounds grim but I've heard a few stories about people fake-kidnapping each other in black cars as a joke or April Fools' Day shenanigans and having a lot of fun with it. Not really my kind of humour but at least they're not stupid enough to believe it :)

Oh I've heard that one! It's cool that people had fun with it - the entire thing sounds like straight out a horror movie...
