Yeah both Laurie and I enjoy tech. We really enjoy traveling in the Solis. We just need to get out more. I use it every month to support my astrophotography hobby where I travel to the desert. It was a great choice for us.
Love watching you use the solis. Really like the idea of actually having an additional power source. I am in the planning stages of getting one next year. You have some good tips and tricks. It is nice to know that you are enjoying the b class camper van after traveling in a much larger setup. The class B for the reasons of easier to drive easier to park any place is my first choice.
Netzie, the van allows us to be spontaneous and find places to stay more easily. We are so pleased that we made the switch. I hope you enjoy the road soon. Thanks for watching.
@@LaurieandBillRetired Hey Laurie, were based in Ontario and spend most our time camping in the area as there is tons of crown (public) land and around us. But we took a long road trip in my SUV this past summer to Newfoundland which was about a 30 hr drive for us!
LAF943, thanks for sticking with us. We didn't realize that we were missed. We have traveled but didn't make any videos. Your comment is encouraging so we will make more content. Laurie
@@LaurieandBillRetired You were greatly missed! Nice to hear you guys were still out there traveling. The videos are great…the food, wine recommendations, van equipment, etc. Keep them coming! Thanks so much!
So true but maybe things will improve where they can start to bring the prices back down. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. Much appreciated!
Love it❤
Thanks for the positive comment. Much appreciated. 👍
Adorbs. Love the tech you guys carry. I want to retire like you guys!! So much fun

Thanks Laurie and Bill! I'll be using my Jackery 1500 in my next video to make a Chilli
Adam, let us know how it came out. The 1500 is so useful. We haven't had any power outages to test it to its max yet. Laurie..
@@LaurieandBillRetired turned out great! Thanks Laurie :)
Adam, so good to hear. Where have you been traveling? I'm laurie

Love your van, sadly in 2024 it would be for most people unaffordable...

Can the instant pot run on the camper’s power with the generator on?
Yes. With the generator running we can run a heater and hair dryer. Laurie
