Really late comment but they list the alcohol content because, while Kombucha is legally considered non-alcoholic, it does contain traces of alcohol left over from the brewing process. The brewing process closely resembles that of various kinds of alcohol.
In the US, a minor is legally allowed to purchase these because the content is less than .5%, which is typical of many products used by and for those under 21.
A minor issue with this appeared in grocery stores for a very short period of time when some teens found out that by buying a crap ton of these, they could slowly get drunk.
It didn't last long though due to the following issues.
1. The quantity you'd have to consume to get even the slightest buzz is ridiculous and...
2. This quantity would have you puking your guts out. Not even due to the alcohol. Just the quantity of the beverage itself.
3. These are not cheap and they don't typically come in packages or boxes unless ordered online or purchased from a bulk good market.
4. With everything listed above, it just proved to be easier to convince one of their older friends at a 7-11 to sell to them than it is to try and get wasted off of these.
That being said, the drinks are more or less harmless if consumed in reasonable quantities. The danger in over-consumption lies more in the probiotic content.
If your kid wants to try it, don't freak out about the alcohol warning on the back. It's not enough to even faze a 9-year-old and, as mentioned in the video; the drinks have numerous digestive and immune benefits for the growing body and are a healthy alternative to sodas.
Also, for anyone wanting a Kombucha that tastes exactly like Dr. Pepper, Coca-Cola, or Root Beer; check out the brand "Live Soda Kombucha."
It's Kombucha without the horrific overtime effects of long-term soda consumption.

I follow the iifym method of eating so I spend a looot of time reading labels, I get what you mean about enjoying it. For me I guess I just like knowing exactly what I’m consuming, it’s kind of comforting and fun to learn. Maybe a video of reading labels?

Big fan of the honey tasting videos (they're my go to).. In saying that, I wonder if you would be interested in making a tasting video involving unusually flavored sodas. Just stay away from anything like ranch dressing.
