Cedar Point coaster that shoots you forward at 120mph in 2 seconds and climbs 420 feet straight up before turning you straight back down to the ground.
Like when it was $8 to get in? Yeah, I remember. After that, the next time I went it was $25. Stayed $25 for decades. What is it now. Haven't been there in 20 + years. Still want to go back.
I'm so old that i stood in line 52 times to keep riding i think it eas called the rebel yell rollar coaster when it first came out at kings dominion in va. I'm 63 now and still love rollar coasters!!
I rode the Rebel Yell in Kings Dominion with my sister when I was about maybe 10 it scared to life out of me and I know it’s not a special roller coaster but she loved it and I can’t ride on any roller coasters anymore. Maybe just a little kiddy one or something I don’t like. Them
Oh WOW i loved the Rebel Yell especially when they had it going backwards 😆… The Grizzly was good too if you rode it at dark with it going through the wooded area…….
Top Thrill 2 will never match this level of excitement in my eyes I believe top thrill 2 will be good but original Dragster was just one of the most exciting rides ever

The roll back makes me think I am going to fly out my seat because of how much airtime it provides. The backwards launch is so intense I can’t even describe it. Then, the final launch feels similar to king da kas launch but even scarier because your going 120 MPH for a way longer amount of time. Than when you climb up the top hat, it provides some of the best airtime I witnessed onwards a coaster. And for the drop, you can actually FEEL it. It’s so good and definitely a top 3 ride at the park. It’s the most intense ride at cedar point and one of the intense rides I witnessed coming from a person who rode a lot of coasters. Plus, the ride isn’t bumpy and the restraints have no seatbelts.

Loved cedar point. My kids born and raised on a boat in Florida keys. This was our first outing doing things at shore! Wow! They never asked to go back! lol. After riding the millennium (?) they were ready to go home and swim with the sharks
Been there Done that. Only rode this, Millennium Force and 2 other rides last time we went. Nice park. Think I'm gonna give these places up after that. Maybe try getting a ride in a stunt plane or fighter aircraft next. LoL

I've had a major head injury.and surgeries. First one in 1990 Some 5 years later I rode a small roller coaster at a school carnival and almost lost my colon. I'm now 68 and I wouldn't get on one of those things unless I was paid a lot of money. You can bet I'm thinking 5 digits.
Back in the day, a buddy and me rode The Racer at Kings Island in Cincinnati, a notorious rough ride, and we thought it'd be funny to put fake blood dripping out of our ears for all to see when the cart pulled back into the station. They didn't find it to be as funny as we did.
Umm yeah, ok..This is Kingda Ka at Six Flags Great Adventures in New Jersey, which is way taller and faster than the one in Cedar Point. BTW, Six Flags and Cedar Fair is one entity now, ha ha..
