Went to Japan for our honeymoon in the height of autumn a few years back and it was so dreamy. Sooo happy to see you back in Japan. Hoping to the best for you to stay much longer then that. All in due time!

I have long realized that watching your videos, especially the ones which focus on scenery, trails, forests, water have me mesmerized. And how much I missed them while you were away. Thanks for giving me those moments of tranquility as you show me the beauty of the natural landscape, the swan and the koi. The first shot with the swan and the tree branches overhanging is lovely. It doesn't look like a 'standard' shot. So beautiful!

It felt like I went to Japan from your videos, I've only seen those in digital art paintings. The place is so stunning, great place for landscape photography. I can even feel the winter chills from your video. Great video by the way. And...and and...nice jeep, suits the nature-travel vlog. 😊
This vlog was so satisfying to watch, not only visually with the beautiful autumn colors but it's so inspiring to see you as an independent woman solo travelling this comfortably! When I was watching your other videos about camping with that roof tent I thought "I'd love to do that solo but closing the roof tent alone seems to be tough" so I kinda felt reassured when I saw you managed just fine by yourself haha! Out of your favorite shots mine has to be the one on the right, the composition is super satisfying with the ripples surrounding the swan. Great vlog has always 💕
Yeah my first attempt with the tent wasn’t successful but I was determined to do it alone and got it! Just took a little practise 😅

I could sit and watch your videos for hours. The contrast from watching videos of the cities in Japan is exactly what my soul needs. After spending time in Hakone and Gifu over the last few years the cities of Japan just don't cut it anymore. The autumn views are by far my favourite thing about Japan and being stuck back in Brisbane but having your videos to live vicariously through put me at peace.
@@missplainjane3905 That's very plain of you.. But more so because I've lived in Japanese cities for so long they don't exactly excite me anymore. Staying in Hakone and Gifu has revitalised that feeling of wanting to go back to Japan more than its more densely populated areas.
@@missplainjane3905 I never said I didn't like it. Out of the cities and country side, it's just not my preference anymore.
@@missplainjane3905 I'm not fluent, I haven't needed to speak Japanese in conversation in quite some time but have passed JLPT2 in 2015 and was roughly half way through JLPT3 when my circumstances changed.

Wow! I've been to see Fuji San 5 or 6 times now, and it's been perfect weather each time - starting to feel really blessed. But you also make everything else look so amazing too Hannah, doing a fantastic job! Great to see you back there as well - I miss Japan so much now.

How did I miss your content over the last year? TH-cam's algorithm must be off. Love the content, love nature, love Japan.

Tip: If the flames of the hob are licking up around the sides of the pan, then you're wasting fuel. If you turn the flame down slightly so that it's not lapping around the sidesm then you should find that your pan heats up quicker, and you'll save fuel.

Reminds me of my trip to Alaska, mid 2022. I tried to see Denali Mountain. Tallest mountain in North America. Yet by sheer bad luck, was completely covered by clouds on the Canada side of the mountain where I attempted to see it.

Hahaha I haven’t figured out how to cook sliced bread in the pan without it burning a little. It goes from warm to inedible SO quickly 😂

Even if you can't find swans in Japan you will always find swan boats 🦢😂 Japan is so beautiful in the Autumn. But it is as good in the Winter and Spring too. Bit warm in the Summer though. 😂

Look up lake hyoko in Niigata….it’s known for the swans. I haven’t been yet but it’s on my list. I think there’s also another lake in Hokkaido that has many swans.
