    That's super wonderful .. can't imagine the coming years without flexible benefits and agile compensation as one of the top priorities for any HR manager, utilizing the endless power of technology, probably AI would help a lot but at least it's very very doable with other simple technologies.
    Thanks for sharing this, that's quite enlightening
