      Hey Bill, appreciate that comment. Your the second person to tell me that actually. I said a few times in the past that I would get the videos from WV done sooner, so in my mind I failed to achieve a goal I set for myself. I told some people they would be done and they weren't so that's why I figured I'd apologize for the delays. Plus, I'm Canadian so it's in my nature to apologize for everything and to be overly friendly, hahaha.

Figure is scroll back to the early days of the battle wagon amazing to see what it was to what you have turned it into. Thanks M.J. I'm glad you like the full length videos. They take a heck of a long time to make but they are fun to watch. I remember that before I started making TH-cam videos one of the biggest complaints I had was that a lot of videos were way to short and as soon as you got into them you had to find another one to watch. That's a big reason you'll find a lot of longer length videos on the channel.

    Just bought a 2018 RZR Turbo last fall and we have a few big trips planned this summer. I am really considering those Braven Ironside tires. It will be all trail riding and I need something that will be good on the hard packed and rocks. Stock bighorns are good but not tough enough for me. I did have the Tusk Terrabites on my last RZR but I think I might want to try something different.

    Hey guys, I've been watching your videos for quite some time now and love your adventures. I ride an 08 Joyner Trooper here in eastern Ky. It does a great job climbing hills and such but I've never seen one on your videos, do they even sell them up there? They are a 4 cyl 5 speed with a car motor and transmission. I've had mine for over six years and ride with razers, arctic cats, can-ams. and most of the other brands and take mine everywhere they go with no problems. I was told after I purchased mine they did not hold up but I have proven them wrong so far, I love it. So if you get to try one out it would be nice to see one in your videos.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Ricky, thanks for the long time support man! I just recently got asked a similar question by another viewer. It was about 5 or so weeks ago and it was the first time I had heard of a Joyner Trooper. I looked them up and was super stoked with what I found. I'm not a brand biased person, I like to call it how it is and base my opinions on what I've seen and experienced in the real world. I'd love to ride with a Trooper sometime, or better yet, try driving one for myself. I'm gonna do a little more investigating, you've peaked my interest, lol. Thanks for leaving a comment!

Or better yet come to Inez Ky and I'll show you some great trails here and you don't have to pay for your riding, and it is basically the same type of terrain.

    Do you guys ever do trail maintenance or does that get taken out by the Bud Light budget? A shovel can save a lot of axles. Three shovels can save a lot of abuse. A cheap bow saw and some brush shears are good too. I love your channel but you guys are crazy! 😉

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Johnny, ya we maintain many of the trails you see in the videos. A lot of the stuff we ride around home is private property and owned at least in part by guys in the riding group. Most the trails have been built by members in the group and they get maintained as they need to during use. We are often also adding new trail sections and alternate routes and lines to existing trails. Stoked you enjoy the content man! We are crazy, thanks for the compliment!!

    So I'm interested in either a Maverick X3 xds or a Rzr XP Turbo, don't really have brand loyalty to one company. But I'm wondering what your opinion is on how they stack up against each other when it comes to trail riding? I can't find much about them on that topic, but from the little I have read I heard that the rzr is a better 'all purpose' machine. Read that the X3 has a lot more blind spots, and that they're a little faster in the top end, I read that the rzr has a little bit better low and mid range power. Most of the riding I do is on trails like the Hatfield McCoy system in West Virginia.

  • @theknaryagency4013
    @theknaryagency4013 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How does the x3 compare to the rzr on the trails regarding sight? It seems the X3 is a little more laid back in the seating. Does that hinder your line of sight on the trails, compared to the rzr being more up right seating?

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Knary Agency, it does. The overall visibility in the RZR is much better. The RZR cabin is also better suited for larger riders. The visibility is not bad by any means in the X3, but the RZR is better. Especially seeing around the front wheels and right in front of you. The X3 seems to have more blind spots. I'm sure it is something you can get used to pretty quick as you get to know the machine though.

      Not problems to report yet. The red and white Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail in our group runs a set and the green and black Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport has also run a set of 30 inch Mega Mayhem's, for quite a few rides with good results. They work quite well. Great on soft loose forest trails with lots of creeks and mud around like in the video here. The road manners of the tire are better than you would expect, but still in the range of a mud tire. I'd love to try a set one one of my machines down the line.

      Awesome Arick. Have you decided which machine you want yet? They are a solid tire, #ITP makes some great tires in general. There are 4 differnt versions of the Mayhem tire from ITP to choose from. The ITP Cryptid tire looks really badass too.

    • @arickhook370
      @arickhook370 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      AdrenalineJunkieProd I've been looking at basically all brands of SxS's. But the teryx le is the leading candidate right now. They're a arms, tie rods, axles are huge on the machine, and sealed wet rear brake in the rear is said to never fail or needing replaced. How tough the machine appears to be built really impresses me, along with a 3 year factory warrenty. Add a 2 inch lift, 28" mega mayhems (or mudlite XL's), and couple accessories and I believe she's ready to rip, and hopefully rip durable lol. I want something durable and do the things I want, and it seems like the ride to do it in lol.

      Not sure on the size thing, the 30 inch Ironsides are noticeably larger height wise than my stock 29 inch Bighorns were when I placed them side by side. Tire size has a lot to do with the amount of air pressure in the tire too.
      Below is a response I gave to someone else who asked about the Braven Ironside tires
      "In the mud they suck, but that's obvious by just looking at them. In the mud they are a 2/10. However, as far as a mixed use tire goes I'd rate them a solid 7/10. They feel great on the hard packed trails, gravel and asphalt. They drift great on wet asphalt and in loose gravel. They are smooth and handle great at high speed. The braking on hard pack is awesome because of the increased contact patch. If I had to compare them to a Maxxis Bighorn I'd say its a pretty even match up. The big horn does a little better on loose trail and mud though. Not much, but a little. I'd rate the bighorn a solid 8.5/10 for mixed use so I'd say a 7/10 is a fair assessment of these Braven Ironside tires. Sorry for the long response. They did do quite a bit better in the mud than I expected though."

      Ok thank you! I was seeing a lot of comments in other places saying a the 30inch tires measure less than 29 inches with 10+ psi. Right now there is discount code for 35% off so just wondering if they are worth it then. A set of 30s come out to about 375ish.

      Hey Colby, Braven has a Valentines day sale going on right now. There is a 55% discount code available on their Instagram and probably on their website. Hard to say no to a deal that good.

    Black Mambas worst tires for trail riding anyway. I would not take mud tires anyday I have some brand spanking new ITP cryptid 30x10x14 for sale have 5 miles on them little tire spikes still on them thats how bad mud tires suck on trails. Big horns all day long for me never let me down.

      I love my RZR. I've had 3 of them and really like them. That's not to say I don't like the Can-Am Maverick X3. I think the X3 and the RZR are very evenly matched machines. It mostly comes down to driver.
