Cosmnia That's exactly why I don't like beer very much. The hoppy taste isn't something I'm fond of. The closest thing to a beer that I'll drink are Redds or Angry Orchard.

I'm glad you liked some of them. I've got several of my friends who won't even touch it if it's not domestic, and there are times where I feel like they're missing out. You're not gonna love everything you try, but some of them are damn good.

I'm sure Alabama Boss would like the seasonal Sam Adam's "Flavors of Fall" variety pack of lager. The 12 pack holds 2 bottles each of 6 different lager based on what people would like out of Fall beer. They're pretty good, if I'd say so.
I personally hate IPA. I like smooth golden lagers. Moosehead, redstripe, Modelo etc. Got to love these vids

I'm not a craft brew fan because most craft beers are mostly IPAS and I hate IPAS. I'm the kind of guy who drinks Coors banquet, Budweiser, Miller High Life, Corona? Modelo, Pacifico, and stella artois.
But I would love to try those lagers. If it's a lager, I'm willing to try it. I love lagers. I especially want to try the nashville beer. Not only because Boss said it's great but because it looks so beautiful. It looks amazing and delicious.

For whatever reason, craft beers just don’t keep well in cans or bottles. If you want to find craft beers you’ll like, you need to go to the place where they’re made and try them on tap.
If you should ever find yourself in Santa Fe, go to the Santa Fe Brewing Company’s tap house in Cerillos.

Casey Cantu lol I believe your thinking about saisons, sours, when referring to armpit smell. Saisons are spontaneously fermented so you get that funk. I love a select few ipas done by only a few brewaries like Tree house, Trillium, Monkish. When I get an ipa in a bar from a tap, all I taste is pith bitterness. I see why people hate them. This is why I can only drink them from a few brewaries.

Yuengling is Lager. In PA, if you ask for a lager, you get a Yuengling. Also, Surly is a crazy good brewery. All of their beer is amazing.

What you are drinking is full flavored lager. The light beer you are used is a diluted version of actual beer. People who drink light beer are are in fact LIGHT WEIGHTS, but it's not their fault. They don't know what beer is.
Would have like to see him chug the following line up of lagers having seen the beer profiles he appreciated: Blatz, Schaefer, Schlitz, Old Style,Genesee Cream Ale, and Rolling Rock. He would have liked them all.
I still rock old style from time to time, as far as blatz, schaerfer and schiltz, are they even still brewed?
I'm going to try that Nashville one now and possibly the grapefruit one.
