DFH WWS is not barrel aged unless you got the BA version at the brewery. The regular version in bottle isn't. And Anderson Valley WT cannot even come close to comparing to those others you mention! Anything from Firestone Walker will blow the rest away.
Barrel Stouts is a great one. Goose Island BCBS is a must (non-adjunct and the standard) Founders KBS or CBS (coffee) Dragon’s Milk (entry and strong bourbon) Avery Uncle Jacobs (high ABV) Prairie Pirate Bomb (rum barrel) Goose Island Brasserie Noir (wine barrel)

I love IPA, DIPA, Sours, Stouts, Porter, Saison.. almost all craft beer... but that being said I love your take on it because some of this stuff just gets silly.
Sour beers are without a doubt a required taste. I do recommend taking at least 3 different sips as you try them to familiarize your palate with it. This is also known as prolonging the suffering. Cheers, -J.O.

Well, they couldn't remember the name but they rememered the initials. It was PBR = Pabst Blue Ribbon!!!! I'm in my 60's it was the cheapest beer around that we could get when our "age" was a question!!!! It was the beer we drank when we all chipped in to get as much as we could! Today, kids they discovered something new, lol! Been around way longer than me! Great video! Thank-you!

“Cap and caged” beer is to protect the top from popping do to certain styles of beer that might create more co2. If you notice, those bottles are also thicker. The term beer bomb refers to a beer not protected by thick glass that creates enough extra co2 to blow up the whole beer.

My theory is that there are two types of beer people: those that love bitter and those that hate it. As someone who cannot STAND hops in pretty much any amount, sours are kinda awesome. Saisons tend to bring a lot of funk because they use wild yeast; buyer beware. I've rarely met people who like IPAs AND Sours - usually one or the other. ...and for my money, standard ales and lagers (think your Heineken or your Budweiser) taste like old urine filtered through a dirty gym sock. How people enjoy them, I honestly do not understand.
